Orange Ortho Care ships products to all locations within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
1.2 Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the product. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Use the tracking link to follow your order's status.
2. Replacement Policy
At Orange Ortho Care, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality footwear. However, if you receive a product that does not fit or has a defect, we offer a replacement policy under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility for Replacement
- The replacement request must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- The request should be accompanied by images of the product showing the issue.
- A product unboxing video must be provided as proof of receiving a defective or incorrect product.
2.2 Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement:
- Used products
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or price tags.
- Requests made outside the allowed replacement time period.
2.3 Replacement Process:
To request a replacement, contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details, issue description, and product unboxing video.
Our team will review the request and, if approved, initiate a pickup of the defective or incorrect product.
Upon successful inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
Additional Shipping Charges: For any replacement product, an additional shipping charge will be applicable.
